Something has to happen for things to get done in this country. No one contributed to the boys death. The pricipal, teachers and the working staff of the school are responsible for the loss of this child. If they had noticed this, why didn't they get down to work and fix the concrete post? So sad!!!

Spare a thought for the parents of this innocent child. They will have to endure this great loss due to some one's negligence. Timely maintenance of state (and private) assets could prevent such incidents.
