This has to be investigated and fault has to be immediately rectified, Well one reason could be recent digging of the roads which would have damaged the internal drainage system !!

everything has and is becoming worse after all these years. it's very rare to find such news of floods if you go 5yrs back in time.

I think most of the flood cause by the blocking drains. If please keep throwing their rubbish in roads, this will keep happening.
