Not Creative Tuesday, 25 September 2012 08:35 AM
The said person could claim millions as compensation. It could also be a made up story
shifan Tuesday, 25 September 2012 08:29 AM
It seems to be a problem in the Quality control...however, any measures should be taken carefully without affecting the reputation of local industries....
boomr Tuesday, 25 September 2012 07:47 AM
What a coincidence or a made up drama
Consumer affairs officer who is supposed to be monitoring the quality of goods & not a member of genral public who consumed it.
Or was it free bees they always consume by the cover of monitoring.

4. scenarios.
1. the officer wants to make a buck .. how on earth can he be NOT careful of what he puts inside his mouth... litte kids these days are smarter..
2. One employee who had an issue inserted it ON PURPOSE. 3. A mistake that SHOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED.
4. An attempt by a rival manufacturer.
Ameer Tuesday, 25 September 2012 07:44 AM
Its funny that someone eating a chocolate didnt feel a blade in it....Its not like u swallow chocolates like tablets right!!..It looks like someone is trying to earn some money out of a lawsuit.
shihab Tuesday, 25 September 2012 07:37 AM
why cant media cannot publish the brand of this products, this will save and protect other consumers and a lesson for that manufacturer.
navi Tuesday, 25 September 2012 07:30 AM
let the company bear all medical bills and a compansation for what was likely to happened (possible death) so the compensation should be as if he was dead
Yehiya Tuesday, 25 September 2012 07:13 AM
Its a another funny. He is not small child. He not bite before eat. Every person consider the safety of any thing.
frank hilary Tuesday, 25 September 2012 12:49 AM
God bless the victim. Stern action should be taken against the culprit. It is very strange that this sort of thing had happened. It can even be sabotage by rival manufacturers. The matter should be fully investigated.
Nodrog Tuesday, 25 September 2012 06:58 AM
Its highly possible that like the Malaka/Major affair the CA officer may be found guilty otherwise why won't the manufacturers name be published?
ANTON Tuesday, 25 September 2012 06:55 AM
According to the latest judgements it should be the fault of blade manufacturer , why did he make unsafe blades ?
Petti Kadey Mudalali Tuesday, 25 September 2012 06:50 AM
The food prepared and served by self employed people seem to be safe and healthy than the food produced and served by BRANDED organisations who only concerned about the bottom line and not the waist line...
Calistus Jayatilleke Tuesday, 25 September 2012 06:48 AM
Was the manufacturer trying a new marketing slogan: "Buy one chocolate and get one blade free"
lee Tuesday, 25 September 2012 06:21 AM
Sickening company apart nowadays almost every doctor says to munch your food well before you swallow. It is going to be a life time lesson for the officer in concern and I hope he will get the message across to his children.
ramkuumar Tuesday, 25 September 2012 06:17 AM
Thank God. This incident happened to CAA official. If it is to ordinary people, every thing will be covered by a blanket with the help of police and other officers including CAA.
Warren Tuesday, 25 September 2012 05:32 AM
is it me or does this sound a little dodgy.. It has the perfect evidence in the victims favor to sue the chocolate company and earn a buck, the evidence is too good to be true. The blades are available in all key points, inside the chocolate, inside his mouth and inside him. And isn't it ironic that this happened to a consumer affairs officer? I mean he practically takes care of stuff like this for a living. So he knows the repercussions to the company. I think this needs to be investigated further.
prasanna Tuesday, 25 September 2012 05:24 AM
i think it is mistake
sorry thamai Tuesday, 25 September 2012 05:17 AM
