Is it illegal?
1. to hold a memory card contain an LTTE war video ? There is plenty you can download off the net.
2. Have in possession Rs. 50,000 in cash
If so, What law's apply ? DM should make these facts clear to the public. That in my opinion is an important part of reporting.
