if we don't have Chinese help we cant recover for at least this level..USA and Indian eye also catch to SL owing to China..Otherwise India also not react to Sri Lankan LTTE problem....I mean in past Indian hand with LTTE. When China become to help to SL, India also wants it..otherwise still LTTE in here..
