China and Russia which backed Libya during good times and got the best from Libya has now side lined Libya after the war started and is having talks with Gaddafis rival side. What has Sri lanka to offer. China will send their prisoners to build our Hambantota harbour. Sri lanka will get nothing from these two communist regimes.

I have talked to many Chinese who left China for the freedom. Most of them are very critical of Chinese government's human right violation. Yes, of course, Chinese government can be a good partner to Sri Lanka since both are on the same wave of length.

China is the worst enemy of local economies. they export goods of lower quality and lower prices and flood local markets. No one realizes this. No country is sincere when it comes to friendship. everyone has their own agenda. we should just choose the least worse one.

Those who want a regime change in Sri Lanka have to accept the fact that the international investigations into HR violations under this regime is probably the only way to achieve this objective.
