Chief Security Advisor to UN HR in SL

Chief Security Advisor to the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Abraham Mathai is currently on a visit in Sri Lanka.

Mr. Mathai and his team visited the Naval Dockyard in Trincomalee yesterday and called on Commander Eastern Naval Area, Rear Admiral Rohan Amarasinghe and held cordial discussions on a range of topics which were of mutual interests, the navy headquarters said.

    This advisor is most probably an indian/US agent of indian origin, hired by Pillai to gain legitamacy to her irrational actions.

    UNHCR is a civilian body and what this advisor has to do with military commanders. He should have been dealt with at the defense ministry or Foriegn Affairs Ministry. I do not see any civilian officials apart of the ADVISOR.
