What principle was that except to cock a hoop Rajapaske who remained loyal to your mother and the SLFP and never switched parties? You may ask yourself how Rajapakse who is petty gets to know all the nasty unkind things you say about him on a regular basis and then pretend you are the victim.. He would have let you live at a Presidents House with all the honors and perks and privileges in Kandy if you did not backstab him in 2005.. What goes around comes around.

You madam backstabbed him before the 2005 elections to back your useless brother. You madam then have a habit of saying derisive things, nasty things behing people's backs and when people react, you pretend to be shocked and lie about it or claim you didn't say this. Mahinda knows what you did to under cut him. You backed General Fonseka only to spite Mahinda even though you refused to give Fonseka the extension when you were President and you said nasty things about him and he in turn called you unkind words back then too. You have no principles other than desperately trying to remain relevant. Your dynasty is over.. By the way this is no endorsement of the corrupt regime of the Rajapakses but you did not backstab him out of principle.

Co-founders of the SLFP were Hon D A Rajapakse and Hon S W R D Bandaranaike. The President commemorates the late D A Rajapakse, you don't. So don't complain about the President's absence at the Bandaranaike commemorations.
