MOST OF THESE PRIVATE BUSES ARE OWNED BY POLICE OFFICERS. THIS IS WHY THEY DON'T RESPECT THE ROAD RULES. SHOULD INVESTIGATE AND CANCEL ROUTE LICENCES.
