When farmers are trained to use these equipment, safety aspects also must be taught to them. This is the duty of the Agricultural Officers.

This is indeed a very sad event. should not have happened.
Is this the first time agricultural machines are sold? No. they have been sold as far back as 1940's. 4 wheel tractors for instance. First safety message do not travel on the mudguard of the 4 wheel tractor to all buyers! How many adhere to this? Mostly none. Users must be disciplined when using machines and dont blame the sellers and agricultural officers.
