If just one man could rob a bank assaulting 2 security guards, what does it say about the standard of the security in our banks?

I THINK PRIVATE BANKS NEED SPECIALLY TRAINED SECURITY OFFICERS, NOT RETIRED PEOPLE. STATE BANKS ALREADY HAVE.

Obviously it was the tinted full face helmet and not the lack of adequate security at the bank that lead to the easy robbery.

Security Guards needs to be trained to handle these type of situations and NOT stand as puppets at the entrance. Where is the secret buzzer installed to make the big noise that the bank is being robbed ? Disgraceful situation. Our Children are not safe, Now are monies are NOT safe either.

Usually security guards and employees at banks are advised not become heroes during events such as these, since insurance fully covers the monetary loss. Therefore, security guards are hired just be there on paper and are primarily used just to help out customers to open the door and keep the queues in line.
