Why this person can't be arrested ? Whose power is behind him. Duminda Silva the first suspect of Barath Laksman's murder how he escaped to Singapore?Who helped him to escape? Any small kid can answer these questions.
How many these types of corruptions, murders are supported by the person who is very first one supposed to protect country's law and order. What this tell to ordinary people, if you want to do any type of crime you've got to be a follower of “Chin...” so you will be able to escape from country's law. So no ordinary people can rely on law and order. Any body can imagine where we are going to end up with?

Superb idea, Royalist. Some time ago, the police went on the rampage via print media publishing photographs of young women involved in prostitution. This rascal is worse than those hapless women. So, come on, let us see our police in their bravado publish this rogues picture asking public assistance to capture him. DM, will you publish this????????

ajja Saturday, 12 May 2012 06:35 AM
This is a pathetic situation
This man appears on ITN shows many days.
Everyone know he wanted to court.
If the police and law is playing kids like this, people will take law to their hand,.
Now we can see it's happening around the country.
All of us should against this type of works.
Else this country will be lawless like Somalia soon.
lal Saturday, 12 May 2012 06:24 AM
Madam You are great. We should secure and protect the law and order that recently people lost the faith of courts.
ButWhatDoIKnow Friday, 11 May 2012 05:06 PM
Mu guess is next, the court will be informed that the said individual was not present at the "work place" to be taken in to custody... This is getting old!!
Renu Saturday, 12 May 2012 05:30 AM
Can the Magistrate ask the public to make an arrest and produce him in court?
Royalist Saturday, 12 May 2012 04:44 AM
The Police can't find an elephant standing 5 yards away... How will they find this man?
nimpere Saturday, 12 May 2012 04:43 AM
We all know where this Radaliyagoda is, except police and CID.
Royalist Saturday, 12 May 2012 04:40 AM
Can someone give the photo of the man to the Police?
EssDEE Saturday, 12 May 2012 04:26 AM

Justinial Saturday, 12 May 2012 04:11 AM
All equal before the law in other countries.
here politians above the law.
Imran Hussein Saturday, 12 May 2012 03:53 AM
This petty thief Sudarman is not Jesse James or Ma Baker. Any cop can arrest him at his office anytime, if they want to.
Calistus Jayatilleke Saturday, 12 May 2012 03:11 AM
Another instance like Duminda Silva: the Police and CID know where these culprits are but are afraid to lay their hands on them for obvious reasons. The whole country knows that Sudharman Radaliyagoda is in ITN doing his job of disseminating disinformation but no one dares to touch him. What a joke.
Dulan de Silva Saturday, 12 May 2012 02:50 AM
People should stop having any faith in Govt,Police and Courts
dhammika Saturday, 12 May 2012 02:14 AM

Sanjaya Saturday, 12 May 2012 02:12 AM

Christo Saturday, 12 May 2012 01:50 AM
Toothless tiger, that's our courts. It is slowly getting exposed for it's double standards
MagodisThuma Saturday, 12 May 2012 12:32 AM
Now Lots of people are above the law !. Courts keep blind eyed !
asoka Friday, 11 May 2012 05:10 PM
The complainants might be threatened by unidentified men...he openly took-part in government organized events and he was talking to Sr. DIG Anura Senanayake at the murder sight of the two Priests at Kotte Temple ...and all the above said photographs were appeared in all news papers...wonder what Police did...? will Police arrest Sudharman...? In Sri Lanka, there are more powerful people than Courts or Police...
trust me...DM will never publish this...
