"There is no increase in crime rate in the country" then what are all these MR/GR ? . At least two to three murders a day are reported, what about cases that are not reported ? Re impose the death penalty immediately and save the country and humans before saving animals.

No punishment going resolve because law does not apply to certain Sri Lankans. First Sri Lankans need to change their moral values and discipline and respect each other. To take place that it will take future 2 new generations.
