Aid cut won’t affect Lanka –Govt.

The government information department said today that a proposal to cut US aid to Sri Lanka was the result of the economic trend in the US and would in no way affect the country.

    It is the same thing they said when EU withdrew GSP+. What has happened now is that garment factories are being closed and workers getting unemployed.
