Two men among 137 Sri Lankans who arrived from South Korea this morning at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) had been admitted to the Negombo Hospital with signs of fever, airport sources said.

They said that 182 passengers arrived at the BIA this morning from Incheon City of South Korea. Among those 137 passengers were Sri Lankans.

All passengers arriving at the airport from various countries are routinely checked by the automated equipment installed at the Airport Health Medical Unit.

The number of passengers arriving in Sri Lanka from South Korea has increased in the past few days, they said. (T.K.G. Kapila)
