Free education should be limited to 10 years of schooling. EVERY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD CHARGES MONEY FOR HIGHER EDUCATION. If a fee is charged for higher education nonsense like this will not happen because the students will be working part time to make money. Now they spend their spare time planning to stage protests for silliest of reasons.
