    Felix Wednesday, 08 August 2018 03:52 PM

Do they realise that their own children who are sitting for the A/L exams are also affected?

    Saradiel Wednesday, 08 August 2018 05:37 PM

They will use the best time to win their demands. With ALs on, government is in a bad situ. Private busses also planning a strike. These blood suckers will sell their mothers to win what they want.

Ha Ha Ha, this is due to the strict and timely action taken to interdict the staff of the train in fault, Always these fellows get away saying it was a technical failure. Now four jokers are interdicted.

Government, Government! Take action on all these strikes. Why are you so ineffective!! We are so terribly inconvenienced though you people whisk through traffic by stopping the normal traffic. We didn't bring you into power for this!!

Should compare no of Strikes between 2005 - 2015 and 2015 - 2018. Interesting Statistics to analyse. Sorry for the poor commuters.

    Janaka Wednesday, 08 August 2018 04:31 PM

WOW.. where are we heading???, bus strike, train strike... how can we live ,, forget developing the nation..,, Poor passengers can't get home to their families, Government must show their power by taking a very harsh decision for once,, show who is in charge,,, until then this will go on and on...Just for once take a mad decision and clean this up...

What is happening to this country. Democratic rights of few is being used to destroy the rights of millions. Is this correct ? Is there no way to stop this. Bus mafia says they will go on strike from next week and ordinary people numbering millions to go where to find solutions.

    Sumal Wednesday, 08 August 2018 04:50 PM

Solution is to make all state institutions PPP or privatize completely.

    Dee Wednesday, 08 August 2018 05:17 PM

We need to find other ways of hitting back at these people. Only not giving their kids jobs in the private sector won't Dr cause they don't want to work in the private sector. We hire foreign grads instead of local ones. Let's think of other ways.

Britain was going to the dogs until Maggi Thatcher broke the Unions and their strikes. We need the same medicine.

    Ash Wednesday, 08 August 2018 05:34 PM

The government should look at investing in electric driverless trains and sent these trade union fellows home.

    Jim Wednesday, 08 August 2018 05:38 PM
