Governor Dr. Hemakumara N. had done a great service to the Southern Province. Very smart active person who listens and help to ordinary people in his area.

Any state in India is very much larger in size as well as in population and as such they have to have state administration. It is totally not justified we have 9 such administration for our provinces in addition to Urban and Municipal councils. Utter waste of money. This is like the mega sized cabinet we have, which is larger than the ones in in India, USA and UK......shame!
