The Special Task Force (STF) security provided to Illankai Tamil Arasu Kachchi (ITAK) MP M.A. Sumanthiran has been withdrawn since last night.
The MP said this had been done without the prior notice.
However, it was reported that the police security provided to the MP has not been withdrawn.

Now Mr Sumanthiran should take care of himself. It is only a start. Mr Sumanthiran should employ his own security other wise his fate cannot be stopped.

Why should any MP needs personal security staff. It is a waste of public money, an dit would be much cheaper to train these wonders in wholesome speech. If they cannot keep a civil tongue, and csannot stop poking their noses in the wrong place, they would be safe, like all other citizens in the country. Afetrall they claim that they represent the people, so why be scared of them. Liars!

International now understands that the country is so safe. Same way cut down the government's security too with the present cost of living and the expenses incurred by the tax spent by the government.
