These things do not happen without the help of the prison authorities. Money talks

Whoever in charge of the prison and this sector where this criminal is quartered need to give reasons why the criminal had in his possession these communication equipment. sri Lankan prisons are a joke, and the people at the top are a herd of useless buffaloes that failed to do their duty.

Why don’t u start off by removing all plug points from all the cell for a start? To use a phone they need to charge

Sri Lankans don't have integrity. The masses, the officials, the politicians and the regime. All selected by the society. So what do you expect - criminals and corruption everywhere. Change has to happen at the lowest level.

Surely, can't Kanjipani Imran be grilled and get him to reveal how he came by the phones and who helped to smuggle them into the prison cell?
