UNP Parliamentarian Ranjan Ramanayake who was arrested by the Colombo (South) Crimes Division yesterday, would be produced in the Nugegoda Magistrate’s Court today after recording a statement, Police said.
The Police conducted a search operation following a court order for several hours at the Madiwela residence of Ranjan Ramanayake yesterday evening.
The MP was arrested at around 7.30 p.m over possession of a pistol without a valid license.

Jude think logically. You think that Gota is stupid enough not to realize what you are saying. It appears to me that Ranjan himself orchestrated this somehow. This is how I see this. Since you are already convinced that Gota was behind it , if appears to me that Ranjan has already achieved his objective.
