Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna Presidential candidate Gotabaya Rajapaksa has obtained the most number of postal votes (25,099 – 67.49%) in the Galle district, while Sajitha Premadasa of New Democratic Front has secured 9,093 votes. Mahesha Senanayake has received 301 (0.81%) votes.

Anura Kumara Dissanayake	2,450 – 6.59%
