Why do you need to treat asymptotic patients! Their immune system is taking care of it. Treat the ones with severe symptoms! 80% of the population in the world are asymptotic. If you want to treat all asymptotic cases, we need to build hospitals in planet Mars! Be realistic, treat the needy!
