P.B Dissanayaka appointed Central Province Governor

P.B Dissanayaka, who was sworn in as Uva Provincial Governor yesterday, was again sworn in as Central Province Governor before President Maithripala Sirisena today.

Mr. Dissanayake continues as Acting Governor of the Uva Province.

    More than anything it is most worrying to see the way the President keeps on changing the decisions he makes. A decision implemented in the morning changed in the evening has become a common thing now. It seems that the decisions are taken just off the cuff or on the whims and fancies of few not very bright advisors of his.
