It is illegal. And whether or not proven in court, it is illegal to import liquor without proper procedure. Why is it so difficult to name the importer and the officer who gave clearance. Are you afraid that some shady lawyer will file a FR case for naming?
Raj Friday, 13 April 2018 09:05 PM
From the start you put papers for clearance and the goods goto the importers stores you have to feed all the customs officers and the all others in the port and even the security at the port gate. This happens in open and no one can do anything. Even you are a genuine importer. Sri Lanka customs is maybe the worst customs in the world.
