This is betrayal and stabbing in the back of the supporters. We vote for the party and NOT for the person. They should be fired from the MP thing if they don't stick with UNP.

Our commiserations to the twice defeated UNP in the same year. Next time, when people speak through the ballot, listen to them instead of being haughty and arrogant. You were getting too big for your boots. Had to bring you down a notch or two to help you feel the pulse of real people. Maybe there's hope for the future of younger UNP generation of party members.

Unfortunately its not the UNP that got too big for its boots and was defeated in 2015. The mandate was for a Common Canditate who could get on with rebuilding the country. Looks like the arrogant big boots are trying desperately to get back even if its done unconstitutionally!
