What is the logic in getting an Indian produced patrol ship,is it because Indian technology is superior to western,Russian,or Chinese technology.
sini Sunday, 17 September 2017 04:56 PM
Western, Russian and Chinese have better technowlogies. However, they ask money. They don't give free .

What is the point of getting a combat ship with inferior technology, free or not free.
Virendra Sunday, 17 September 2017 07:28 PM
Your anti-Indian bias shows but a gift is free. You can always buy "superior" products but I doubt you have got the money. Plus, Indian naval technology is at par with the best in world. They operate top-of-line submarines and ships. Just because they look like Lankans doesn't mean they can't do well in technology.

American and Chinese navies have the technology to decimate the Indian navy in 48 hours.
Kamal Sunday, 17 September 2017 03:35 PM
Indian technology may not be superior to western countries but it is good enough to do the job. Secondly, its a 'gift'...nothing to pay for it. Whereas nothing comes free when you deal with Western/Russian/Chinese.
