There are no plans to create a new post of coroner (Muslim), the Ministry of Justice said today.
The Ministry said that some groups were attempting to spread a misconception in society regarding the call for applications to fill the vacancies of coroners.
According to the Ministry, the Minister has not taken steps to create any vacancies or issue an order to fill the vacancies in the existing posts, except to fill the vacancies as per the normal procedure prevailing so far.
