An extraordinary Gazette notification was issued by President Gotabaya Rajapaksa with new regulations to rehabilitate those arrested for extremist activities.

    If a person invoke the curse of God on somebody, will it be treated as an act of terrorism? Will that agrieved party be sent for rehabilitation, and kept in custody, until he/she withdraw the curse.
