Former Lieutenant Commander Hettiarachchi Mudiyanselage Chandana Prasad Hettiarachchi alias Navy Sampath who was arrested over the abduction and disappearance of eleven youths in 2008 and 2009, was further remanded till December 5 by the Colombo Fort Magistrate’s Court.
