Minister of Wildlife and Forest Conservation and the Nuwara Eliya District MP C.B. Rathnayake was vaccinated against COVID-19 at the Army Hospital today.
Earlier, Minister Ratnayake had to undergo quarantine on two occasions in the last few months as he was a close associate of two persons who had been infected with the virus.
However, PCR tests confirmed that the Minister was not infected.(Ranjith Rajapaksa)
