Man nabbed with locally made weapon at Hulftsdorp

A man found in possession of a locally made weapon and five cartridges, was arrested by the Keselwatte Police near the Hulftsdorp Magistrate’s Court this afternoon, police said.

They said the suspect was identified as 48-year-old Mahawattege Prasanna of Mattakkuliya. Keselwatte Police are investigating

One hand gun with 5 cartridges ... he is confident that his home made weapon can actually fire-off that many rounds without a malfunction ... nah .. this is something that will backfire after one and a half rounds and knock your teeth off in to your empty tummy.
