Closing the liquor shops for some festivals of Tamil,Muslims and Sinhala of course carry some value as they are attached with some religious rituals barring liquor. But the festival of this nature has customs of serving liquor in the form of wine. But the liquor shops are closed. What a joke?????? May be only in Sri Lanka?????
