I have no issues talking with President Maithripala Sirisena and I can discuss any matter with him because we have mutual understanding, Speaker Karu Jayasuriya said.

Dear Speaker,We understand that you have no issue in speaking to President and resolving the issue, which is already done many times though..But what agreement could we reach by talking to a mentally disturbed person. Shouldn't we bring in a monition to check the mental condition of President Sirisena and get a ruling that he is fit to be a president of a country.
