Heavy traffic in Battaramulla

Heavy traffic was reported around the Sethsiripaya complex in Battaramulla due to a protest launched by the All Island Samurdhi Development and Agricultural Research Union.

It was reported that they are protesting over several issues including pension anomalies and irregularities in promotions.
