The STF has arrested two suspects including a woman known as 'Kudu Batti' who are accomplices of the notorious drug kingpin and the leader of an organized criminal gang Nadun Chinthaka alias 'Harak Kata'.

STF said the 40-year-old woman and a 34-year-old man who are residents of Rajagiriya and Tangalle were arrested with 51g of heroin during a raid in Rajagiriya.

Investigations revealed the suspects were distributing heroin under the influence of 'Harak Kata'.

The suspects were handed over to the Welikada Police.
