While saying that the Government faces a lot of allegations in the media and social media, Rohitha Rajapaksa, the son of Premier Mahinda Rajapaksa said the Government’s programmes are not highlighted in society, but limited only to villages.

Addressing a gathering in Panduwasnuwara, he said lack of communication had led to the opinion that the President and the government are doing nothing.

“The message only conveyed in the villages and are not highlighted in society. That is why the government is claimed to have failed,” said Rajapaksa.
