Free access to Southern Expressway on May Day

Motorists will be allowed to use the Southern Expressway free-of-charge from 6am to midnight tomorrow (May 1) due to the May day celebrations, the Road Development Authority said. The decision has been taken following the instruction of President Maithripala Sirisena, the RDA said.
