This is a stupid move. How many vehicles will move between these hours no one would benefit. Instead they should reduce the fee to Rs 200 each way during peak hours say6-9 am and 4-7 pm which will earn three times of the current income without additional costs.it will ease the traffic on old Negombo -Colombo Road and people will get to their destination in time and comfort.

The whole idea is to encourage drivers to use the expressway at off peak times. Increasing traffic at peak times will lead to congestion at the entry and exit points.
