The Delegation of the European Union today welcomed the peaceful and democratic resolution of the political crisis in Sri Lanka in accordance with the constitution.
“ As steady friends of Sri Lanka, we welcome the peaceful and democratic resolution of the political crisis in accordance with the constitution. We commend the resilience of Sri Lanka's democratic institutions and will continue to support its efforts towards national reconciliation and prosperity for all, the Delegation of the European Union said in a statement in agreement with the EU Ambassadors and the Norwegian Ambassador resident in Colombo.

MS will say now "foreign forces, conspiracy, etc.".Does he know governance ... or pretend not to know.We need all non-aligned or aligned sovereigns to prosper. His predecessor got the Chinese card but then as always "Made in China" does not last without western franchise owners. Hope he resigns and make way for a Presidential and General Elections.
