Export Development Board (EDB)Chairman Prabhash Subasinghe has stepped down as the chairman after heading the country's apex export promotion agency for one year.
The renowned entrepreneur was appointed Chairman of the EDB last year in December.
Subasinghe’s resignation comes shortly after Board of Investment (BOI) Chairman Susantha Ratnayake decided to step down as the BOI Chairman.

he was like a santa claus giving good news on exports for the period Mar to about Nov 2020. In any case, no good people with proper sense can work with this Government. May be the Govt can appoint a military person for this post as well as BOI.
