Duminda Silva was brought in an ambulance to Colombo Chief Magistrate's Court short while ago to produce him for three cases filed by the Bribery Commission on charges of not declaring his assets and liabilities for three years. (Shehan Chamika Silva)

Many do not realize that unlike the other prisoners on death row, this guy is living a luxury life inside prison with AC, attached toilet, all special food from outside, special bed, phone / data connection, normal clothes, booze etc...

Stupid or politically motivated system. Once the death sentence is served unless it is revoked these hearings literally are of no means Duminda has all rights to stay deaf ears before court.
