Same bad habits and behavior carried along to other countries without any personnel responsibility. Man deserves nothing but the maximum penalty for violation of local ordinances. Now he needs his sri lankan buddy who had more than s few drinks with him to bail him out. If he is subjected to death penalty ... I won't feel bad for the scum.

Last week a Kuwaiti crazy couple assaulted the Sri Lankan customs men,but that was not reported in the Kuwaiti papers. So why we should report when Sri Lankan is arrested for drunk driving. Is Kuwaiti law more important than the Sri Lankan law. 70 years ago Kuwait was a fishing village when Sri Lanka had big buildings, schools, universities, courts, great Lawyers,Judiciary ,and highly educated people.

70 years from now Sri Lanka will be a poor country ruled by grand children of a scum who ripped off a once beautiful nation in the early part of the millennium!
