Three Covid-19 related deaths were reported today taking the death toll in Sri Lanka to 90, the Government Information Department said.
It said two females aged 86, 60 and a male aged 60 are among the victims.
The details of the deceased are as follows,
1. An 86-year-old female from Heiyanthuduwa was pronounced dead on admission to the IDH on November 22. The cause of death was identified as severity of Covid-19 infection.
2. A 70-year-old male, resident of Mattakkuliya succumbed to the virus at the Homagama Base Hospital after being transferred from the National Hospital, Colombo on November 23. The cause of death was ruled as blood poisoning owing to Covid-19 infection.
3. A 60-year-old female from Colombo 14 died at the National Hospital Colombo on November 23. The cause of death was identified as heart failure due to Covid-19 infection. (Sheain Fernandopulle)

Is it sure these deaths did not happen yesterday or last week. So may b today death toll is zero.
