ACTUALLY I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE OWNER OF THESE CONTAINERS AND LIKE TO KNOW WHY HE WAS NOT CAUGHT IN THE PREVIOUS REGIME.

Either (a) The new Police under new governance system is able to net in the drugs that are coming into the country which was not possible earlier due to political pressure or (b) that Sri Lanka is becoming a hub for drug traffickers. This is a massive quantity and if this is (a) then great job by the Police but we need to find the main culprit.

Absolutely correct. This quantity should be burnt immediately before it is pilfered.
