The businessman who was involved in clearing the Anawilundawa Wetland Sanctuary in Mundalama, Puttalam was taken into custody, police said.
Earlier, the bulldozer operator was arrested by the Police for clearing the Wetland Sanctuary.
Both the suspects, who were produced before the Chilaw Magistrate Court today, were remanded until September 4.

That's not enough, get them to plant trees in the entire area that they cleared. You just cannot allow them to do such destruction.
