The Budget, which was presented to Parliament yesterday was totally aimed at borrowing, National People's Power (NPP) MP Vijitha Herath said.
"The Government intends borrowing Rs 3,000 billion (Rs. 3 trillion) in 2021. It had borrowed Rs 2,000 billion (Rs. 2 trillion) in 2020. Sri Lanka’s total debt services are Rs 13.2 trillion. With the borrowings of 2020 and 2021, it will be Rs 17. 2 Trillion. The burden is on the people. This is what the budget 2021 is all about, he said.

Of course. How else is this magician doing to bridge the gap. The mythical 'MEDUSA' is depicted as a beautiful woman with living snakes on her head instead of hair. This Finance Minister has a forked tongue spewing out lies at every turn. To hell with him.

If it is constructive criticism well and good However the J V P is always talking with a negative mindset with no solutions to solve problems. This clearly shows that you are a group of bankrupt politicians. You guys had 40 representatives in parliment at one time and it dropped to 05 representatives in the Yamapalanaya parliament and in the present parliament it's only 03. This clearly indicates that you guys are a bankrupt lot with no acceptance. I can say that you guys are another set representing the NEO community with forigien funding Change the propotional voting system you guys will be out of the map.

JVP has nothing positive. You should also talk of positives amidst the negatives. Surely the 100% of the budget can't be bullshit? No wonder your vote base is dwindling by the day.
