British Parliament to debate on Sri Lanka

The MPs of the British parliament would hold a general debate on a motion on UK’s commitment to reconciliation, accountability and human rights in Sri Lanka, the UK Parliament said today.

It said the general debate on a motion on UK’s commitment will be held in the Chamber on Thursday March 18.

Backbench MPs Siobhain McDonagh, Elliot Colburn and Sir Edward Davey have put forward the debate.
