Ammunition cache recovered at Medirigiriya

A cache of ammunition was found inside the hollow of a tree at Yudaganawa in Medirigiriya last night, Police said.

They said 66 live bullets used in T56 weapons, five MPMG bullets, three 84S bullets, an anti-aircraft missile and one hand grenade were among the cache of ammunition recovered.
