The Sri Lanka Embassy in Washington DC which remained closed from 4-10 January 2021, due to five staff members including the Ambassador Ravinatha Aryasinha contracting COVID 19, will resume normal functions on Monday (11), the embassy announced.
It said that the rest of the staff, all who have tested negative following PCR, will be at work, while those affected who will complete their quarantine period through next week, will work remotely next week.
The Embassy premises were disinfected and sanitized last Friday (8)
